Product Introduction
The tube in tube condenser has two structures: single-pass and multi-pass. Each time the fluid flows through a set of heat exchange tubes, it is called a tube pass. A four-pass condenser means that the fluid flows through four sets of Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger tubes.

A four-pipe Shell and tube Condenser is equipped with four or two baffles in the tube box at one or both ends of the condenser, so that the fluid only flows through a set of heat exchange tubes in the tube in tube condenser at a time, and finally flows out of the condenser from the outlet.

Four return condensers are mainly composed of shell, tube bundle, tube plate and end cover. The shell is mostly round, with parallel tube bundles inside, and both ends of the tube bundle are fixed on the tube plate. Two fluids that exchange heat in the condenser, one flows in the tube and its stroke is called the tube side; the other flows outside the tube and its stroke is called the shell side.

Four return condenser maintenance
a. Ensure that the cooling tower, water supply system, water pump, and valve switches are normal and effective, and resolve any abnormalities in a timely manner.
b. Soften the cooling water quality, and often check the water quality and replace it.
How to distinguish it is a four-pass condenser
Answer: There are four or two split-range partitions welded in the end cover tube box of the four-pass condenser.
